Introduction to Yogasans


Physical fitness has become one of the most desired aims of almost all the health conscious people. Everybody wants to remain healthy and to acquire that they are found to be involved in different physical activities. You can start running, swimming, cycling and skiing. Also you can try playing football, volley ball, tennis, hockey, and so on. But whatever you do, you exercise only some portions of your body; not the whole body. No exercise yields you cent per cent benefit.

On this earth planet, there is only one practice, Yogāsan, which can exercise the entire body – all the tendons, ligaments, organs, bones, and joints. Not only that, it creates a balance between the body and mind dimensions when done with full concentration. And even enriches you with the peace of mind if practiced with the remembrance/chanting of God.
